Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Semolina/Rava
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 1/2 cup Dosa batter
  • 1/2 of Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 2 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Coriander leaves As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing variety rava dosa, mix semolina, flour, dosa batter, curd and salt.
  • Heat some oil and fry onion, green chillies and ginger.
  • Add this to batter with coriander leaves.
  • Add water and make thin batter.
  • Keep for 10 minutes and make dosas. Variety rava dosa is ready.
