Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Raw mangoes
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka podi
  • 6 to Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Saffron
  • Salt A pinch

Instructions
 

  • For preparing raw mango cooler, boil the raw mangoes for 5 minutes in little water. Cool it.
  • Remove the skin & take out the pulp.
  • Blend the pulp, sugar, cardamom powder & saffron in a blender.
  • Add 6 cups of water to the mixture & mix well
  • Serve chilled.
