Instructions
For preparing chocolate custard, heat chocolate with milk and sugar until the chocolate has melted and the milk is just below boiling point.
Add the milk to the beaten egg gradually, stirring continuously.
Add essence and strain into a small buttered fire proof dish.
Keep it in a dish of cold water and cook on slow oven(300 F degrees until the custard sets).
Chocolate custard is ready.
