Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 250 ml Thick cream
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Essence any
  • 1/2 tin Peaches fresh or tinned
  • 1/2 cup Cashew nuts chopped
  • 1 slab Chocolate grated

Instructions
 

  • For preparing iced peach delight, first slice the peaches.
  • Mix sugar, lemon juice & essence.
  • Add the peaches & mix well.
  • Whip the cream over a bowl of ice & fold in 3/4th with the peach mixture.
  • Keep aside & beat with a fork. Add chocolate.
  • Serve chilled.
