Potato Masala Curry

Tasty masala curry with coconut milk

Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Potato cubes
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Curry masala
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 1 tsp Ginger crushed
  • 1 tsp Garlic crushed
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing potato masala curry, heat oil in a pan, add onion, garam masala, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Lightly fry them and blend it.
  • Heat oil, add blended onion mixture. Add chilly powder, turmeric and coriander. Add potatoes.
  • Add salt, required water and cook well.
  • When potatoes are done, add curry masala, curry leaves.
  • Pour the coconut milk and boil.
  • Make it a thick gravy and remove from fire.
  • Potato masala curry is ready.
