Nutty Coffee Souffle
Coffee powder, walnuts and other ingredients are added

- 2 cups Strong black coffee powder
- 200 g Castor sugar
- 30 g Gelatin soaked in 1/4 cup hot water
- 200 g Walnuts peeled and chopped
- 2 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- 6 nos Eggs separated and beaten
For preparing nutty coffee soufflT, mix together the egg yolks with coffee and sugar till well blended in a bowl.
Place the yolk bowl in hot water and mix till the mixture is thick and creamy. Let it cool.
Then mix in the cream, gelatin, coffee powder mixture and 3/4 this of the walnuts.
Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Then pour the mixture in a shallow dish, garnish with the leftover walnuts, chill thoroughly.
Nutty coffee soufflT is ready. Serve chilled.
