Instructions
For preparing simple curd chicken, heat butter in a pan, add onion and turmeric and shallow fry it.
Set aside.
Marinate chicken cubes with fried onion, salt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, parsley and curd.
Refrigerate the chicken for 5 hours.
In a pan, add little butter and oil.
Keep the chicken in it and cover with a lid. Fry it in low flame.
Simple curd chicken is ready.
