Instructions
For preparing lapsi, melt ghee in a pan and fry the broken wheat till golden brown.
Add 1 cup of boiling water and cook over low flame till the mixture thickens.
Stir in aniseed, cardamom powder, coconut and sugar. Cook till thick.
Garnish with almonds.
Lapsi is ready.
