For preparing nadan kozhi varatiyathu, first dry roast coriander seeds, dry red chillies, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and pepper corns.
Roast till the aroma comes out. Allow to cool and grind it.
In the cleaned chicken, add the ground paste, turmeric, onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and chicken masala.
Leave it for 30 minutes.
In a clay pot, add little oil. Add curry leaves. Add the marinated chicken pieces. Just give a little stir and add salt.
Cover and cook in low flame. Do not add water.(Add water if only it sticks at bottom)
When done, add little oil on sides and make it a dry chicken.
Nadan kozhi varatiyathu is ready.
