Paneer Stir Fry Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Paneer sliced big
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Tomato chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 2 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin powder Jeeraka podi
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Coconut grated
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing paneer stir fry, heat oil in a pan, add onion and garam masala and fry till color changes. Add green chillies, ginger and garlic.
  • Add tomato and fry well. Add coriander, chilly powder and turmeric. Add salt and cook till oil comes out. Sprinkle little water and make thick masala. Add paneer pieces and fry well. Add cumin powder and pepper. mix well till paneer is stiff.
  • Add grated coconut to above and make the masala dry.
  • Paneer stir fry is ready. Serve hot with chappathi. Add coriander leaves on top.
