Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Brinjal sliced
  • 4 nos Dry fish sliced
  • 5 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Tamarind water As reqd
  • Water As reqd
  • 2 nos Red onion chopped
  • Coconut Half of one
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Coconut oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing brinjal dry fish curry, cook brinjal, fish, green chillies, chilly powder, turmeric, tamarind water with required water.
  • Grind coconut and red onion. Add it to the curry and boil.
  • When done, season it with mustard seeds.
  • Brinjal dry fish curry is ready.
