Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Boneless chicken
  • 175 g Chana dal soaked, Kadalaparippu
  • 1 tsp Chicken powder
  • 1 piece Ginger chopped
  • 6 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicken parippuvada, cook the chicken with salt and turmeric.
  • Mince the chicken.
  • Grind the soaked dal.
  • Mix ginger, green chillies, onion, curry leaves, cumin powder, salt and oil.
  • Add minced chicken and ground dal.
  • Make small balls from it and lightly press it.
  • Deep fry it in oil.
  • Chicken parippuvada is ready.
