Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Bread slices remove sides
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 3 tbsp Curd
  • Soda powder A pinch
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • Ghee As reqd
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 piece Ginger chopped
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Shallots chopped
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing bread dosa, soak bread slices in water.
  • Mix bread, flour, curd, soda powder, chillies, salt and water.
  • Saute mustard, ginger, onion, shallots and curry leaves in ghee.
  • Pour it in batter and make dosa.
