Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Raw rice
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 15 nos Half ripe jackfruit flesh chopped
  • 1 cup Jaggery sharkkara
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • Salt As reqd
  • Ghee As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing jackfruit/chakka dosa, first soak rice in water and grind it.
  • Grind coconut, wheat flour, jackfruit flesh and jaggery.
  • Add to the rice mixture.
  • Keep aside for 8 hours.
  • Make dosa from it.
  • Jackfruit/chakka dosa is ready.
