Ingredients
  

  • 1 spring Celery
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 120 g Cream
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing celeriac puree, peel, slice and cook the potatoes with celery and salt water.
  • Remove the cooked veggies and blend it with a little water.
  • Add in pepper, salt and cream. Blend again till smooth.
  • Celeriac puree is ready.
