For preparing kerala fish pizza, cook the fish pieces with pepper powder, soya sauce, salt and 1/2 cup of water.
Chop the cooked fish.
Saute the chopped fish with tomato sauce, capsicum and onion till its colour turns light brown .
Prepare the batter with flour, milk, egg, sugar, butter, salt and baking powder.
5)Heat butter in a frying pan.
Spoon in some batter and it to make a pan cake.
When holes start to appear on the pan cake, spread 4 tsp of fish masala on its top.
Sprinkle the grated cheese.
Turn over the pan cake and cook it for 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
