Instructions
For preparing aloo-channa chaat, cook potato, peel and dice it.
Cook channa with salt and a pinch of soda powder.
Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add potato and cooked channa and mix well.
Spread in a salad plate and garnish with onion and tomato rings.
