Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Potato
  • 3/4 cup Chick peas soaked overnight

To garnish:

  • Mint leaves As reqd
  • 1 no Onion rings
  • 1 no Tomato rings

Instructions
 

  • For preparing aloo-channa chaat, cook potato, peel and dice it.
  • Cook channa with salt and a pinch of soda powder.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add potato and cooked channa and mix well.
  • Spread in a salad plate and garnish with onion and tomato rings.
