Spicy Chilly Beef

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Beef sliced thinly
  • 1 no Onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger sliced
  • 5 nos Green chillies sliced
  • 1 no Capsicum sliced
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • Ajino moto A pinch
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • Corn flour As reqd
  • 1 cup Celery

Instructions
 

  • For preparing spicy chilly beef, take a bowl and mix vinegar, pepper, ajino moto, sugar, salt, green chillies and soya sauce. Keep aside.
  • Pressure cook the beef with salt.
  • Marinate the cooked beef in the vinegar mixture for 1 hour.
  • Drain the beef and mix with corn flour. Keep aside the drained water.
  • In a pan, heat oil and fry the beef slices. Keep aside.
  • In the same oil add onion, capsicum and ginger.
  • Add the beef slices and pepper.
  • Add the drained vinegar water and fry for few minutes.
  • Spicy hot beef chilly is ready.
