Instructions
Fry cashew nuts, almonds and raisins in ghee(Always add raisin in last, otherwise when cashew and almonds become brown, raisin will burned out).
Add rava in same pan and roast till the raw smell disappears.
Add sugar in rava and mix well. Add 1 cup of boiled water and milk(mix the color in the milk). Mix it well without lumps and cook well in low flame.
Add cardamom powder. Transfer it to a greased pan and allow it to cool.
When it cools completely, transfer it to a serving bowl.
NB:- Heat the almonds in bowl with little bit water in microwave oven(750 watts, 30 secs). We can easily peel the skin.
