For preparing jackfruit seed - chemmeen ularthiyathu, cook jackfruit seeds, prawns, ginger, green chillies, shallots, curry leaves, water and salt.
Saute fennel seeds in oil on low flame.
Take a bowl, add in coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, garam masala and tamarind water. Mix well to make a thick paste.
Take a vessel and fry the paste in oil.
Then add the cooked jackfruit seeds and prawn mixture. Fry well.
Jackfruit seed - chemmeen ularthiyathu is ready. Serve hot.
