Mushroom Beans Masala
Mushrooms, beans and other ingredients are added

- 200 g Mushrooms finely sliced
- 2 nos Onions chopped
- 1 cup Beans chopped
- 2 nos Green chillies slit
- 7 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 piece Cinnamon Karugapatta
- 1 cup Coconut grated
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt As reqd
For preparing mushroom beans masala, cook beans in water for 5 minutes and drain it.
SautT cinnamon in oil.
Add onions, green chillies and garlic. Fry well.
Then add in coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder. Mix well.
Add in the mushrooms, salt and a little water. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
When the water starts evaporating add beans, coconut and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Mushroom beans masala is ready. Serve hot.
