Mushroom Beans Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Mushrooms finely sliced
  • 2 nos Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Beans chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies slit
  • 7 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 piece Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mushroom beans masala, cook beans in water for 5 minutes and drain it.
  • SautT cinnamon in oil.
  • Add onions, green chillies and garlic. Fry well.
  • Then add in coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder. Mix well.
  • Add in the mushrooms, salt and a little water. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
  • When the water starts evaporating add beans, coconut and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • Mushroom beans masala is ready. Serve hot.
