Instructions
For preparing kadai fish, saute onion, ginger and garlic in ghee.
Add capsicum, coriander powder, chilly powder and kasoori methi.
Add green chillies and tomato.
Add fish and cook well with water.
Add garam masala and coriander leaves.
Kadai fish is ready. Serve hot.
