Kadai Fish

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg King fish cut lengthwise
  • 1 no Capsicum sliced
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kasoori methi uluva ela
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 6 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 4 nos Tomato chopped
  • 3 tsp Ghee
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coriander leaves As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing kadai fish, saute onion, ginger and garlic in ghee.
  • Add capsicum, coriander powder, chilly powder and kasoori methi.
  • Add green chillies and tomato.
  • Add fish and cook well with water.
  • Add garam masala and coriander leaves.
  • Kadai fish is ready. Serve hot.
