Velladosai - Brahmins Special

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1 cup Jaggery Sharkara
  • Ghee As reqd
  • 1 pinch Cardamom powder Elakka

Instructions
 

  • For preparing velladosai, pour water in the jaggery and heat it to dissolve it and then filter it. Allow the same to cool down. When cooled, add wheat flour and mix it well. Grind this item and mix a little water to make a batter.
  • Pour a ladle full of batter and spread it evenly in round shape. Add ghee around it and allow it to get cooked well.
  • Turn sides and cook well.
  • Velladosai - brahmins special, is ready.
