Fruit Crumbler
Different types of fruits are added with other ingredients

For fruit:
- 2 nos Apricots chopped
- 1 no Pear chopped
- 1 no Strawberries chopped
- 1/2 Apple chopped
- 30 g Sugar
- Balsamic vinegar As reqd
- Gooseberries As reqd
For crumble:
- 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
- 85 g Butter
- 30-35 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Buttermilk
For preparing fruit crumbler, heat the oven to 190 degree C.
Cook the fruits in a pan along with sugar and balsamic vinegar until the fruits leaves out the juices.
Pour it to an oven proof dish.
For the crumble:
4)Rub cold butter into the flour.
Add sugar and buttermilk to it and stir well.
Pour it over the hot fruit mixture and bake it in the oven for 30 min, until it turns golden brown in colour.
Fruit crumbler is ready. Serve.
