Mushroom Cutlets

Ingredients
  

  • 30 g Mushroom finely chopped
  • 50g each Carrot, beans, onion finely chopped
  • 1 piece Ginger finely chopped
  • 6-7 nos Green chilly finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves As reqd
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 50 g Potatoes cooked and mashed
  • 50 g Green peas cooked
  • 50 g All purpose flour mixed with water to make a paste, Maida
  • Bread crumbs As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mushroom cutlets, fry carrot and beans in oil.
  • When its half fried add mushroom and drain the water.
  • Add onion, ginger and green chilly to it and fry again.
  • Mix this mushroom mixture with coriander leaves, pepper powder, potatoes, green peas and salt. Make small balls out of it and press it in desired shapes.
  • Dip the cutlets in maida paste and bread crumbs and fry it in oil.
  • Mushroom cutlets are ready. Serve hot.
