  • 2 nos Egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup Mixed vegetables carrot, beans, peas
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper powder A pinch

  • For preparing scrambled egg with veggies, first boil the veggies and drain it.
  • Heat butter in a pan, add veggies and fry it.
  • Add egg, salt and pepper.
  • Scramble the egg and mix it well.
  • Scrambled egg with veggies is ready.
