Creamy Chocolate Mousse
Melted chocolate and other ingredients are added and refrigerated

- 100 g Dark chocolate melted
- 1/2 cup Castor sugar
- 3 nos Eggs separated
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 tsp Gelatin
- Chocolate flakes As reqd
For preparing creamy chocolate mousse, soak the gelatin in water and heat till it melts.
Beat the white of eggs until stiff.
Then beat the egg yolks and sugar until fluffy.
Add the above yolk mixture and the melted gelatin to the melted dark chocolate. Mix well.
Then add cream and mix again.
Fold in the egg whites.
Pour this mixture into small serving bowls and refrigerate until set.
Creamy chocolate mousse is ready. Garnish it with chocolate flakes and cream before serving.
