Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Chicken breast
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 no Egg beaten
  • Oil As reqd
  • 1 cup Corn flakes

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicken in corn flakes, first grind the chicken pieces.
  • Marinate the chicken with pepper, salt and chilly powder for 10 minutes.
  • Powder the corn flakes and keep aside in tray.
  • Make small ball out of chicken, dip in egg first and roll in corn flakes.
  • Deep fry it in oil.
  • A tasty snack is ready.
