Instructions
Fry coconut till water is absorbed and set aside.
Fry cahews and raisins in ghee and set aside.
Fry Semolina till it turns golden(sweet aroma comes)
Powder sugar and semolina and mix well.
Mix coconut, cashews, raisins, cardomom powder ,cloves and semolina mix well.
To this add warm milk and mix well.
In a kadai, warm ghee and add to the mixture to make small lemon-sized balls when the ghee is warm.
