Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Tapioca
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 nos Dry red chilies
  • 4 nos Shallots
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook tapioca with salt, turmeric powder in water.
  • Heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds, red chillies, shallots, curry leaves,coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder to it.
  • Add the cooked tapioca to it, mix well.
