Instructions
Cook tapioca with salt, turmeric powder in water.
Heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds, red chillies, shallots, curry leaves,coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder to it.
Add the cooked tapioca to it, mix well.
