Pineapple Pickle

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Pineapple
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 50 gm Green chillies
  • 50 g garlic
  • 25 gm Ginger
  • 3 tsp Chilly powder
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • 1 tsp Asafetida Kayam
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • For preparing pineapple pickle, first apply salt on the pineapple and keep it aside for 30 min.
  • Fry green chillies and garlic in oil and remove from flame.
  • Then fry ginger, chilly powder, turmeric powder and asafetida. Stir well.
  • Then add vinegar and pineapple pieces to it and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Pineapple pickle is ready, convert it to a bottle and use it when required.
