Instructions
For preparing pineapple pickle, first apply salt on the pineapple and keep it aside for 30 min.
Fry green chillies and garlic in oil and remove from flame.
Then fry ginger, chilly powder, turmeric powder and asafetida. Stir well.
Then add vinegar and pineapple pieces to it and mix all the ingredients well.
Pineapple pickle is ready, convert it to a bottle and use it when required.
