Spicy dry dish with idly and other ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Idly cut into cubes
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 nos Dry red chillies
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • Garam masala powder A pinch
  • Coconut oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing idly upma, first cut the prepared idlies into cubes and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in pan, splutter mustard seeds, dry chillies and curry leaves.
  • Saute onion and green chillies.
  • Add little salt, coriander powder and saute it.
  • Add idlies and mix well. Sprinkle garam masala and remove from flame.
  • Spicy recipe with idly is ready.
