Prawn Noodles
Fried prawns and vegetables are added to make this delicious prawn noodles

- 2 cups Prawns cleaned
- 200 g Noodles
- 2 nos Onions chopped
- 1 piece Ginger grated
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 100 g Carrot grated
- 2 nos Tomatoes chopped
- 2 tsp Chilly powder
- 2 tsp Soya sauce
- Oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
For preparing prawn noodles, cook the noodles in boiling water. Remove it from flame and drain the remaining water.
Marinate the prawns in a mixture of 1 1/2 tsp chilly powder and some water. Fry it in oil.
Then cook onions, ginger, garlic, carrot and tomatoes one by one in oil. Add soya sauce and chilly powder to it. Stir well.
Add the fried prawn to the above mixture and stir well.
Add the above mixture to the cooked noodles and mix it well in low flame with a little water.
After some time remove it from the flame.
Prawn noodles is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
