Mushroom And Vegetable Cheese Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Mushroom sliced, fresh
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 100 g Beans
  • 1 no Green pepper
  • 1 no Yellow pepper
  • 2 nos Onion medium
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 3 nos Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Green chillies chopped
  • 75 g Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 3 slices Fresh bread crumbs
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mushroom and vegetable cheese bake, first slice mushrooms and then chop carrot, beans, green and yellow peppers and onion.
  • In a pan heat half the quantity of butter and saute chopped garlic and mushroom. Stir for a minute and keep aside in a separate bowl.
  • Add remaining butter in the pan and saute chopped vegetables: carrot, beans and onion. Add required salt and sautT for a minute and keep aside to cool.
  • Once the vegetables are cooled, mix all remaining ingredients in the bowl: previously sauted mushroom, green and yellow peppers, green chillies, grated cheese and fresh bread crumbs.
  • Whisk the eggs along with salt and pepper and pour into the pan.
  • Stir in the entire mixture into a non-stick baking dish and bake in a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes till soft.
  • Mushroom and vegetable cheese bake, a nutritious and tasty dish, is ready. Cut in triangles and serve hot.
