Fresh Veggie Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Onion sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp Capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • Pepper powder A pinch
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves Garlic

Instructions
 

  • For preparing fresh veggie salad, mix together lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and capsicum in a mixing bowl. Keep this aside.
  • Prepare a mixture by blending together garlic, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Pour this mixture into the veggie salad and toss gently. Garnish with chopped mint leaves.
