Milk Shake With Dates - For Kids
Dates, apple, badam and other ingredients blended together to a smooth frothy mix. Yummy kids favorite.

- 1/2 cup Dates syrup
- 1/2 of Apple chopped
- ½ of Banana cut into small pieces, cheru pazham
- 3 nos Badam soaked and blanched
- 4 nos Cashew
- 2 tsp Tutti frutti
- 1 tsp Sweet cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ½ cup Milk
Blend dates syrup, apple, badam, banana, soaked cashews and milk together in a mixer.
Add honey and mix well.
Pour the milkshake with dates in a crystal tumbler and top with tutti frutti and sweet chocolate ice cream.
Healthy, nutritious and tasty milkshake with dates is ready to serve.
