- 2 nos Oranges
- 200 g Strawberries
- 200 g Raspberries
- 2 tbsp Icing sugar for dusting
- Lemon juice Of 1 lemon
- Mint Few leaves
Measure and weigh the fruits using the weighing machine.
Wash all the fruits. Peel the oranges and segment them with your fingers.
Hull the strawberries and cut into quarters.
Squeeze the juice of lemon and keep aside.
Challenge yourself and arrange the fruits in an attractive display.
Toss the fruits with lemon juice and chill in the refrigerator.
While serving sprinkle icing sugar over the fruits and garnish with mint leaves.
