Instructions
Heat some oil in a pan and saute the mushrooms till it becomes tender. Keep it aside.
Grind the coconut, green chillies, garlic and coriander leaves by adding some water.
Take another pan and heat some oil. Saute onions and garlic until it turns into slight brown color.
Add some salt. Add the ground coconut and make it to boil.
When it starts to boil, add the fried mushroom pieces into it.
Green mushroom curry is ready within minutes. Serve hot.
