Avocado Milk Shake

Milk shake using avocado(butter fruit)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Avocado
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • 500 ml Chilled milk
  • 250 ml Cold Water
  • 5 drops Vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Cut avocado in half(lengthwise) and remove the seed.
  • Spoon out avocado pulp and drop in blender.
  • Add sugar and blend well.
  • Add chilled milk, cold water and vanilla essence and blend for a minute.
  • Milk shake is now ready to be served.
