For preparing vegetable pizza, first take a bowl and mix together yeast, 3 tsp lukewarm water, sugar and salt.
Stir the yeast mixture well and keep aside covered for 10 minutes.
Take a large bowl and mix together maida, yeast mixture, olive oil and mix well.
Add remaining lukewarm water to the flour mixture and knead well to make a smooth dough.
Cover the dough and keep aside for 2 hours till it raises to double the measure.
Now punch down the dough and knead again for 5 minutes.
Now we are entering the final stage of our vegetable pizza preparation. Grease a baking tray with olive oil and keep aside.
Pluck off a small portion from the dough and using a rolling pin, roll out into a circle of medium thickness.
Now, place the pizza base in the greased baking tray.
Spread tomato sauce over the pizza base.
Then spread grated cheese and arrange the sliced vegetables over the cheese.
Sprinkle oregano and chilly flakes on top.
In a preheated oven at 200 degree C, bake yummy vegetable pizza for 20 minutes till cheese melts and edges become golden in color.
Serve vegetable pizza hot with ketchup.
