Soak soyabean chunks for one hour in water. Drain the water and press dry. Crush in a mixer and keep aside.
Cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker and mash them.
Take a frying pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and add chopped onions, chopped ginger, green chillies and curry leaves.
Stir in the crushed soyabean chunks and sautT for sometime. Add powdered fennel seeds and black pepper and keep stirring.
Add the mashed potato and required salt. Mix and stir on low heat.
Make small cutlets with your palms and keep aside.
Take the maida in a bowl and add little water. Stir in low heat and make a paste.
Pour oil in a pan for frying the soyabean cutlets. Dip each soyabean cutlet in the maida paste and deep fry on both sides till golden brown in color.
Soyabean cutlet is ready and serve hot.
