Simple Cucumber Pachadi

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Cucumber finely chopped, Vellarika
  • 2 nos Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • Ginger crushed
  • 1 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/4 of Coconut grated
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Grind the grated coconut to a fine paste.
  • Mix together chopped cucumber, tomatoes, green chillies, crushed ginger and the ground coconut.
  • Beat the curd and add the cucumber mixture.
  • Add required salt and mix gently.
  • Simple cucumber pachadi is ready and enjoy.
