Raisin And Chocolate Muffins

Raisin and Chocolate Muffins - Soft and rich in texture.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All purpose flour Maida
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 nos Eggs whisked
  • 120 gm Butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Soda bi carb
  • 50 gm Chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 160 c.
  • In a large bowl mix together flour,raisins, baking powder, soda powder and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla.
  • Add the butter mixture to the sieved flour and mix until the ingredients are just combined. :- Do not over beat the batter.
  • Spoon half the batter into the paper cups.
  • Place a piece of chocolate chunk in each pan and cover with the remaining batter. :- Fill the paper cups till 3/4 only.
  • Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until done.
  • :- Raisin and Chocolate Muffins is ready!! :- Enjoy eating Raisin and Chocolate Muffins!!!
  • Note:- The chocolate chunk in the center turns gooey when cooked as shown in picture
