Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken cut into small pieces, boneless
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • Salt as reqd
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 4 nos Onion
  • 4 nos Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp Chilly sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 4 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 no Capsicum red
  • 1 no Capsicum green
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with Kashmiri chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, salt, curd, cornflour and keep aside for for 30 minutes.
  • Fry chicken and keep it aside. :- Do not deep fry.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion, and green chillies.
  • When it turns cooked (not the normal brown), add chilly sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce.
  • After few minutes add the fried chicken.
  • Add black pepper and keep it for few more minutes in a low flame.
  • Add capsicum(green and red) and stir for some more minutes.
  • :- Boneless Chilly Chicken is ready!!! :- Decorate the Boneless Chilly Chicken with coriander leaves and spring onion. :- Serve the Boneless Chilly Chicken hot!! :- If you need a spicy chilly chicken u can add chilly powder instead of kashmiri chilli power!!!
