Ingredients
  

  • 1 full Chicken
  • Grind for marination:
  • 4 pods Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 tsp Fennel
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 3 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt as reqd
  • For frying set 1 :
  • 1 no Onion chopped, big size
  • 1 tbsp Ginger & garlic paste
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • For frying set 2:
  • 1 no Onion sliced, medium size
  • 1 twig Curry leaves
  • 5 nos Red chillies whole
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder grind

Instructions
 

  • Grind together all the ingredients under µGrind¦ to a paste.
  • Marinate the chicken with this paste for a couple of hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions.
  • When the onions are soft add the ginger-garlic paste and then the tomatoes.
  • Fry until the tomatoes are soft and the oil comes out.
  • Add the chicken with very little water and cook until done and the water is evaporated.
  • In another pan heat some oil and fry the red chillies, curry leaves and the sliced onions.
  • When almost done add the pepper powder to the onion and mix it well.
  • Add the fried onion to the cooked chicken and give it a stir.
  • :- Chettinadu Chicken Fry is ready!!! :-Garnish the Chettinadu Chicken Fry with coriander leaves!! :- Serve the Chettinadu Chicken Fry!!!
