Steamed Chicken Rolls

For the roll cover:
- 1 1/2 cup Plain flour maida
- Salt to taste
- 3/4 tsp Yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
Filling:
- 1 cup Chicken cooked and shredded into small pieces
- 2 nos Onion big size
- 1 clove Garlic cut into small pieces
- 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Salt as reqd
- 3 tbsp Capsicum finely chopped
Roll cover:
1)Mix sugar and yeast in a cup of water and leave for 10 minutes.
Knead flour with salt in the above and keep aside for 2-3 hours.
Filling:
1)Heat oil and saute chopped onion.
Add garlic,capsicum and saute well.
Add soya sauce, sugar and saute well.
Add the shredded chicken and mix well.
Preparation:
1)Divide the dough into four portions roll the dough with a chappathi roller.
Keep the filling inside and roll it.
3)Put light cuts on top of the roll
keep the rolls in the steamer
for for 15-20 minutes and keep aside.
Heat oil in a fry pan, put the chicken rolls on the pan and fry them till get the brown colour on both the sides.
