Tea Cake - Easy To Make

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All purpose flour maida
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 nos Egg
  • 3/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven for 400 F.
  • Mix all dry ingredients and keep aside (flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda).
  • Beat egg and keep aside.
  • Mix the sugar and butter and add the beated egg and vanilla essence.
  • Add dry ingredients ( flour) and milk alternatively.
  • Pour the mixture to the cake tray
  • Baking is on 400 degree for 30-45 minutes.
  • Note :- Can add 2 to 3 spoon cocoa powder
