1cupGreen bell pepperscored, -seeded and julienned
1noOnionthinly sliced, medium size

2nosGreen chilliesslit
1tbspLight soy sauce
1/2cupSpring onionscut in 1 inch length
Dash of aji no moto
Saltto taste.
2tbspCooking oil
Instructions
Cut tofu into four equal parts and each quarter again into four strips length wise.
Heat oil in a wok.
Slide in sliced onions and sautT for 1 minute.
Add ginger garlic paste, chillies and stir for 30 seconds.
Add the tofu and fry till golden brown.
Skip this step if the tofu is fried already
6)Add the green and red bell peppers and stir well.
Lower the flame, add spring onions, salt and soy sauce and aji no moto.
:- Transfer to a plate and serve!!!
Garnish with spring onions.
Note:- You may use garlic salt or sea salt with herbs (available at international stores)
