Heat olive oil / butter in a pan.
Add chopped onion, garlic and all the vegetables along with salt and garam masala and saute for 2 minutes.
Take one portion of these vegetables and make it into a fine paste in a mixer.
Keep this paste aside.
Add 5 cups of water to the remaining vegetables in the pan and boil till the vegetables are cooked well.
Add the vegetable paste into this soup and mix well.
Remove from fire, sprinkle pepper powder and serve hot with brown bread or toast.
:- While serving, you can add some cooked noodles or little fresh cream. It is up to your taste and creativity.
Tips
:- You can add more vegetables of your choice. To make the soup rich, u can garnish it with grated cheese.
:-Instead of garam masala, you can use maggi chicken / prawn / vegetable cubes or you can use chicken / beef / seafood stock.
