Simple Mixed Tawa Vegetables

A simple mixed vegetables curry.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 gm Lady finger Okra
  • 50 gm Baigan Egg Plant
  • 50 gm Karela Bitter guard
  • 50 gm Beans
  • 50 gm Cauliflower
  • 50 gm Carrot
  • 50 gm Bell Pepper
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped, small size
  • 1 no Tomato finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 small Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dhaniya powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Oil, Lemon Juice and all the powder masala into a thick paste.
  • Marinate chopped vegetables in this paste for half to hour.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a tawa.
  • Add the garlic, ginger and onions and sautT it well till the onion is lightly brown.
  • Add the marinated vegetable mix to it and little water (just to cook the veg).
  • Cook them for about 10-12 minutes. :- Make sure not to over cook, the vegetables should taste crunch and cooked.
  • :- Serve hot!!!
